Amazing experience with this company and their employees! They were professional, helpful and friendly.
We were dealing with a washing machine that had not been working for almost 2 months that we had been trying to get repaired by Sears Service Home Warranty Company and after the last appointment that the technician missed it was going to be another 6 weeks before anyone even came out to look at it.
These guys stepped up to help us out and got our new washer delivered within hours!
I cannot be happier with everyone from sales to delivery!

Moved to town from out of state. Stopped by Woodlee Appliance the next day to order a SpeedQueen washer and dryer that I loved at my old place. The owner was not only very knowledgeable but also treated me like a person, asking about me and my situation and getting to know me on an individual basis. They were able to deliver/install the appliances the next day which was very convenient for me. On delivery, the faceplates unexpectedly were not matching, and I was fine with the contrast, but their customer service was outstanding. They reached out to me to see how they could make things right even when they had no obligation to. Outstanding company and great people to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Woodlee Appliance was recommended to me by a friend after I was telling him about the nightmare experience I had trying to buy a refrigerator from a big box store. Woodlee was easy to work with and their delivery process was great. In fact, the delivery man discovered a slight water leak in our water supply line to the fridge and waited to complete his installation until a plumber could arrive to make a repair. I very much appreciated that since I was out of town when the delivery was made and my wife had to deal with the installation. Woodlee will be my go-to appliance store in the future.
